Most of America is at a bad state, financially, but there are jobs of all types out there.  I belive in some situations that people are taking advantage of something that was put in place for a temorary use.  They have gone overboard with it’s use.  Most people are doing the bare minimum with there job search because they are getting offered money for not working.
